PT, DPT, CCVR
After earning my B.S. in Kinesiology in 2016 at the University of San Francisco and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Wisconsin in 2020, my interest and passion in the vestibular system started during my varying clinical rotations and my first job as a PT from 2019-2020 treating hundreds of patients with BPPV, Vestibular Migraine, Vestibular Neuritis, and Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness.
Seeing that traditional VRT exercises alone weren’t enough for patients with chronic dizziness, particularly Vestibular Migraine and PPPD, I’ve since worked to develop a more comprehensive approach to managing dizziness and vestibular disorders – One that actually helps more people have more dizzy-free days.
The Oak Method is my comprehensive, science-backed, signature approach combining the power of movement, education, mindset, and community to help you achieve more dizzy-free days. This method has helped over 1000 patients and now helps the 500+ members inside Vestibular Group Fit every single day.
My goal has always been to support you on your journey as a vestibular warrior and bring you the newest information through the latest clinical research, education, and discussions to provide you with the best care possible. And I’m so excited to continue to support you inside Vestibular Group Fit!
I am also the founder of Oak Physical Therapy & Wellness, a 1:1 telehealth VRT clinic licensed in eight states: CA, NJ, NY, MD, MN, VA, WI, and WY.
