This SGC Cohort will Start Monday, April 29, 2024 and end on June 29, 2024. That is 9 weeks of tailored specifics to address your specific needs, aiming to alleviate chronic dizziness and improve your overall well-being
Eight meetings are held each Monday at 12:00PM EST (noon NYC time). This can be recorded if a member cannot attend.
Vestibular Group Fit is an amazing self-paced program. While we answer all your questions in VGFit, SGC is much more tailored to your needs and will be a higher tough experience personalized to your exact needs and questions, and is not self guided like VGFit is.
Yes! VGFit members enjoy a 15% off discount!
Small Group Coaching is $161/week for 9 weeks for a total of $1450 for the 9 weeks. This is the most valuable program for your money.
Our normally hourly call rate is $325/hour. If you saw us each week for 9 weeks, a common time cadence, which is a value of 2925, for 1450.
We cap the number of people in SGC at an absolute maximum of 10, but typically we have 4-5 very committed members. You will have enough time to share your story and ask personalized questions each week.
Nope! This program has been known to help you finally get a diagnosis if you don’t have one but making the right connections, education, and referrals. We will get you to a comfortable place of understanding what’s going on and get you on if you don’t have one!
Being newer to dizziness is no problem! No matter where you are in your journey, we can help! If you’re newer to having dizziness, we’ve got you – from day one of SGC we will start learning and growing together at a group.
Long term dizziness is something we are most familiar with. Whether it’s been 1 year of 25+ years, dizziness can always get so much better. There are always tools, tips, and tricks that we can change in your personal life to make sure you’re in the right place to thrive in your future with dizziness.
We will cover SO much each week, and we will also tailor the experience to you and the other group members. Each week has a different topic, but they will also be changed based on each persons needs.
